I want cancel payment journal but I found this error. Please help me revise about that.
Error : Cannot edit a record in Customer settlement (CustSettlement).
An update conflict occurred due to another user process deleting the record or changing one or more fields in the record.
How to fix it.
That error message appear to be related to a customization. Did something changed recently in your system ?

To me it looks as if the values in your journal are not current possibly because another user already updated the record you are working on. Try closing your Journal and AX and restart. Thereafter, check the record again and try to do your posting.
