I don’t know how it works in the UK, but when you write things that are negative about someone, that is called libel, and you can get sued for doing it. I’m not saying you’re without merit, but if I were you I would remove this post.
Daniel, I appreciate your advice, but we have taken legal advice already on this and without turning this into a court of law, Libel can only be used if the information with which I have defamed a person is untrue. In this case we have documented evidence that the information is correct. Therefore we are safe from the laws of libel, but to ease any issues this forum may have I will remove the statement
