Picking list registration issue

Hi AX Experts,

I have issue regarding picking list registration.

  1. When update the picking list registration the quantity in picking list was multiplied automatically.

Example :

Quantity in Sales order : 100

Quantity in picking list after update : 3000

Could anyone explain to me why this happen?

  1. And when I tried to unpick the quantity / cancel this picking list, there is error message " Quantity XX cannot be unpicked because inventory transactions with status Picked are insufficient".

Hope someone will help me how to cancel the picking list so i can cancel the sales order.

I am doubting is this multiplication because of any unit conversions? Pls check what is the unit in SO line and unit in PIcking list report.

If you put some screenshots probably that will help.
