In on-hand form under physical reserved some quantity is showing. But in the Item transactions we are unable to identify the physical reserved transactions. So how can I remove the Physical reserved quantity from On-hand form.
have you filtered the “Inventorytrans” table with the item id and Physical reserved status?
As Onhand form will be based on invent trans, you must see find records in Invent trans.

Yes I filtered the “InventTrans” table, but there is no data available with the status is “Physical reserved”.
You did any backend corrections…?, My guess is sometimes any corrections would have caused it.
You have no option than discussing with your developer once and let us know his opinion.
