Phone Center Integration in Dynamics AX 4.0 or Dynamics AX 2009

My client uses Dynamics AX 4.0 and in near future AX 2009

My client wants that when a customer is calling and he takes the phone up that axapta give a pops up with the open orders for that customer.

Tapi is not possible because my client works with remote desktop, so there must be a link between the IP phone and the user.

Can someone help me on this starting ?
