Pesky printing error/bug

We have noticed since we have upgraded to 3.60 a few months ago that we occassionally have a strange printing bug. It occurs when we print & post Sales or Purchase invoices with items that are being shipped as well. So that in posting and printing the order, Navision should print out both the receipt/packing slip and the invoice. However, it only does that for the first order and any following invoices requiring both invoice and receipt or packing slip, only print out the receipt/packing slip and not printing the invoice. I know we can just go into posted invoices and print off the invoice from there, but it does get a bit annoying having to do it all the time. Has anyone else experienced this? or is there a known fix for this? Cheers

This is either a setup or code issue related to the conversion. It is not a Navision Bug!!! You will need to contact your NSC, to find out how they set this up in your old system, and have it done the same in 3.60.

Thanks David, We may be upgrading to 3.70 soon, and ask our NSC about the setup. I apologize for the “bug” comment, it has been my experience that most glitches after an upgrade are software glitches. I usually lump setup error with that, even though it is an incorrect view.
