PDF Report Font Change in Navision 2013 R2 Report

Hi,

I have problem with Navision 2013 R2 reports

Whenever we print the report from Navision 2013 R2 and print it using PDFCreator or other tools it is showing different font and when we print it from option given as default in Print Button it shows correct font

We are using Arial font in report.

Not able to understand what goes wrong ?

Any idea ?

Hey Guys

I found the issues for above report .

We were running report on TS terminal and with full screen resolution and it is Windows Server 2008 R2 . Once I set low resolution for TS2 it works perfectly.

But making low resolution user not got convinced so we upgraded to Windows Server 2012 and it works fine and render perfectly without any issue

It was weird but happy finally found the solution
