Looking for anyone who has experience integrating version 3.6 Realationship manangement module with outlook and PDA devices, (Blackberry, Thera, etc) for syncronization using stand alone synchonization at each workstation or through exchange…anyone? I want our salespeople to be able to access their customer / prospect / contact list along with opportunites, to do’s etc and to be able to update on the road and synchonize on return to the office or synchonize on the fly with exchange. Can it be done … does it work?
