Payroll Pre-Tax Deduction

I am having a difficult time setting up a pre-tax deduction that will not deduct FICA and Medicare tax. For example pre-tax health insurance premium. The ones pre set caculate FICA and medicare on the gross pay and not the gross less pre-tax. Any suggestions. AJ

Amy, Did you change the Base Amount on the FICA & medicare pay controls so that the Type Filter is Earnings and Pre-tax deductions (but not including 401K)?
