Payroll Control

I am looking for a payroll control that will caculate PTO hours earned based on hours worked for hourly employees. I have the control for salaried employees working fine, but seem to be missing a step with the hourly employees. They are on a bi-weekly pay cycle and there is more than one calc. rate based on years of employment. The PTO hours used and PTO balance controls are fine…just the calc based on actual worked hours is not working correctly. Thanks, AJ
