Payment into Microsoft dynamics Nav from oversea

Hi Experts,
A client needs a mortgage system for his company. He sells and mortgage properties. He needs a system that will enable his clients in other countries to pay directly into Navision. Developing the mortage system may not be difficult, but my worry is the payments into the system by oversea clients. Is it possible for oversea clients to pay directly into the navision systems? If so, how can one achieve this?
