Page Design

We have a field, Requested Receipt Date. Even though we have moved it, and made it promoted etc, we still have a couple of users who still cannot see it on their screens. We have changed their roles, and still no luck We are using NAV2017 Has anyone else experienced this? or know of a solution? Many thanks

Have seen where the personalizations where “damaged”, so you could try to reset ask them to reset their personalizations on the page.

Thanks Erik, Do you mean delete their user personalisations, or to customise the page, and press restore defaults?

Not sure if you can delete it with a page filter from the personalization page.
