Please elaborate the case by providing the steps you have performed.

This is a general error, will arise when a sales order is processed (packing slip/invoice) by the doubling the actual order qty without specifying the over delivery percentage.

Specify the over delivery as 100% but this would actually indicate you have already fully received the line in [:D]
