over 2000 Releases for PO

When I try to open over 2000 releases for PO, Axapta crashes. :frowning: Did anybody have this problem? I asked my var but no reply from him. thanks

I am on the PO form. I have a blanket order which has more than 2000 purchases attached ( we call them releases). From the PO form I try Open Attached Purchase Orders, Axapta crashes all the time. I have others blankets for which axapta is not crashing. I am using Axapta 3.0 thanks

Hi Hope you haven’t done any modifications to the tables, classes etc. Just a long shot here. Can you check the following and confirm back please - 1) Go to UtilElements table under AOT → System Documentation → Tables. 2) See whether the appropriate record (in this case PurchTable) looks invalid. For ex- has many null values. Also does this happen for all the users? Is there any message in Event Viewer? Regards Harish Mohanbabu

It is a 2 tier. And I did add 2 fields to PurchTable and 2 fields to PurchLine. PurchTable for the specific line has not more blank fileds than other blankets which have about 1000 PO attached and for which I have no problem on any environment. I did try on another instance without my changes and I did has this problem. I get the AxaptaCrash log :slight_smile: and the message Sorry for the inconvenience thanks a lot

There is nothing in Event Viewer, by the way. And in UtilElements I am not very sure what to look for. I am not familiar with this table!?
