Outlook synchronization

Hi all,

I am trying to do outlook synchronization with navision. I have done this partially that is the changes that i have done in navision is getting updated in outlook but the reverse is not happening that is the contacts in outlook is not updated in navision. I know that the synchronization will happen bidirectionally but i cant achieve this. Can any one suggest any ideas to let the outlook data being synchronized with navsiion

I hope you set Synch. Direction to Bidirectional in Outlook synch. user setup?
