Hi, We need to implement the Outlook integration module. There is one thing I don’t understand. We will use Outlook as an “Offline” CRM database. We setup the salesperson that need Outlook integration to work (a few among all the salesperson in the company). But, if another salesperson that don’t need Outlook integration creates a new to-do for one of these salesperson, then an error message saying that the outlook profile is not OK. Is there anything I missed ? Does it means that all the salesperson need to have the Outlook integration setup ? I need a quick answer. We are on a ruch. Thanks in advance.
