I’d like to get rid of my old dot matrix printers and those horribly expensive forms. However, I can’t figure out how I can print multiple copies of my orders/invoices, pulling a single copy from a designated tray. Thereby achieving, an invoice made of multi-colored papers. HP has told me this would be a function in Navision. Does anyone know how to do this?
I was told by our Navision support that it IS possible to pull 1 piece of paper from one tray, and another from another tray, there would just be some programming involved. To quickly resolve the problem we order our carbon less 3 piece Service Orders sorted. So all we have to do is stick them ALL into a single tray and print 3 copies, and BAM!, you’ve got your multi-copy, multi-coloured form.
