Order tracking of MRP

Hi, All,

I got an issue for Order Tracking.

If I set up Reordering Policy of Item to “Lot-for-Lot”, after I run MRP, the system will combine Sales Orders and create one Production Order. I am able to see related Sales Order from Order Tracking.

If I set up Reordering Policy is “Order”, the system will generate one Production Order for one Sales Order, which is I prefer. But I couldn’t find sales order information from Order Tracking. The system doesn’t insert entries into table 337. No place to find the link between Sales Order and Production Order at all.

Any expert has idea how to track Sales Order from Production order if Reordering Policy is set to “Order”?

I found the cause. It’s due to our customization. In standard NAV, it does generates order tracking entries.
