Open a lookup list using the keyboard?

Hi,

Can anyone tell me how to open a lookup list just by using the keyboard? If I’m entering some data such as a state or zip code, the text field usually has an associated lookup table but I have to click the arrow icon with my mouse before the list will open. I’m wondering if I could do this using just my keyboard. I appologize if this is a silly question but I’ve never thought about doing it before in any of my other applications.

From the Classic Client, click the Help menu and select “overview of F keys”, this will open a screen that tells you all the standard shortcut keys in NAV.

The standard key for lookup and drilldown is F6

F4 on RTC.

And that’s a very dangerous one if you’re also working in classic (in classic, F4 is “Delete record”)
