Hi Axapters,

Is it possible to connect Microsoft Lync 2010 to Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2?

Microsoft Lync 2010 + Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2 = Dynamics AX with Online Chatbox???

Can anyone suggest how?

Some integration is available out of the box (configuration needed), I’m just not sure if it’s what you’re looking for. You can see persons’ on-line status and get a context menu with related actions:
