on account invoice for Fixed Price Projects

hi,

how we can post on account invoice for Fixed price project at MSD 2012.

I have done the following setps:

1- Create on account invoice

2- create invoice proposal

after this step there is no option to post created invoice from the system. there is no button for this transaction.

Please Advise ,
