Glad I found this mine of useful info!
I am writing a VB program which pulls data in from Dynamics Nav 5.0 using the standard OpenConnection command and System DSN. It works fine on a variety of windows combinations but not it would seem where VB runs on 64bit Vista client, Nav 5.0 on WinServer 2003. Any ideas anyone? I have the 32 bit ODBC software installed. It works on a 32bit cient and a Win7 client. Duh.
Any clues anyone?
