hey !! i configured the workflow , made the purchase requisition , added the items but still not getting that submit option in yellow on top . have the iis too . anyone with some ideas would be appreciated . kind o urgent it is 
re-install the DOT NET frame work in server and create the PR again…you will get the submit button
