No data available message on ledger transaction list report

Hello,

When I run the LedgertransactionList report and give the appropriate date intervals, it returns a message “No data available”. I can see in the LedgerJournalTrans table that journals for those date ranges do exist. I also verified the report server and other configuration, and so I am not able to figure out as to why I am not able to see the data.

As you can see from the form there are lines for 7/1/2017, and I verified that they are written in the LedgerJournalTrans table as well.

But when I run the report for the same date;

Any thoughts on this?
