New user roles - RTC able to login but web not able to login

Hi all,

I created new user roles for purchasing manager. This role has below permissions.

  1. Create purchase order
  2. Create vendor master
  3. View posted purchase receipts and posted purchase invoice.

I configured role and able to login in RTC 2016 but not able to login in web page.

Refer to attached error from web page screen i can’t identify the error.
How to identity this permission error?

Please advise if anyone faced this issue.

Did you remember also to give the user the “BASIC” permission?

Hi Erik,

Basic permission already given for that user.

I debugged it for web client and managed to found that permission error.

I don’t know why that error not prompted for windows client.

Error resolved.
