Hellow. I have some problems with information about New Computerised Transit System (NCTS). I know, that it is a system of registration electronic transit (customs) documetns like export and transit declarations, customs clearance documents of cargoes and items and etc. But I cannot find documentation for this system, fondations of working with this system, protocols and data formats and etc. Please tell me where I can get information about NCTS? Thanks.
