Network trouble: remote workstations via ADSL...

Hello all! we have this configurations: Navision 3.6, SQL server, Remote Navision-clients connected to server via ADSL-modems. Periodically occurs transmission retrains (through network features) and therefore remote clients lost connections with SQL server. Can I tuning TCP protocol (or maybe exist Navision setting) to clients don’t lost connection with SQL server after transmission retrains? Regards

Hi This is a known Issue Cleint need to Log out and login after the connection is restored. Try with HOPCount functionality I think its an alternative one which may workout.

or try to find the corresponding registry keys for tcp/ip stack on the client. I would do a search on the microsoft homepage.
