Need help on manufacturing module(Costing method, Flushing method, operational cost)

Hi,

Please i need to understand certain things concerning manufacturing modules. I am using consumption journal and output journal separately for the production

  • In a juice manufacturing company what type of Costing method, Flushing method would be best use for the End product?
  • What type of costing method, Flushing method would be best use for the Component item?
  • How would I take care of the operational cost incurred and add it to the product cost during the manufacturing of the item?

Your advice would be highly appreciated as you know during the implementation of manufacturing module once you get it wrong it is not always easy to correct,

Sorry but this is not a question to be answered here . Costing approach is up to the business to judge, same on flushing as well.

Operational cost ? Would this be anything related to production ? If so deal with the journals.

I suggest you involve a senior consultant to liaise with you these topic.
