We are working on a request in automating the Microsoft Dynamics ERP, Navision using Mercury QTP.
When we tried recording few screens, we have observed that QTP is identifying only the windows, but not the objects present inside the window. Rather, all the objects are being read by the QTP on the window name only but not on the relevant object names and as a result we see that the script is recording as “win objects”.
Please let us know, if there is any work around that exits to troubleshoot this issue like QTP add-on.
