First let me apologize to the user community; I tried to post a job opening but the page would not load. I am a Technical Recruiter in Dallas, TX. We have a client that is looking for a “lower level” Great Plains person to help them complete their migration from DOS to Windows. I have not been successful in finding someone within the rate the client wants to pay. Where do the Great Plains people hide and how do I find some? [:D] Thanks for ANY help that is provided! I wont make the obligatory comments about posting in this forum[V] But what I will say, is that your topic is wrong. It seems the issue is not finding qualified people, but more the fact that your client does not want to pay them. You topic should have read need help convincing client to pay[:D] please work with your client, explain to them that the market is back on the way up, and they are just going to have to pay a little more. This is especially so in TX, CA, NJ and NY.
