Need a good Navision Report Designer Manual

Can someone suggest the name of a good Reports Designer Manual and know where I can get a copy. I have been unable to find anything but basic information on Designing or Upgrading reports?

For the basics you could look at the Application Developer guide or the development manuals. There is a good development book review here on DUG
