Necessary Objects for Style Sheets?

Would anyone be able to list the objects needed for the Style Sheet functionality in NAV 5.0. It would seem as though we are missing (Possibly due to the fact that we performed an executable upgrade from NAV 4.0?) some of them and I’m trying to track down the Type and ID’s for each object. Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks.
