Navision upgradation 4.0 to Nav2009 Sp1

hi…

i am upgrading database in SQLDtabase (Nav 4.0 to Nav 2009 Sp1) i have import all object except report in Nav 2009 Sp1(in Cronus Default Database) through Toolkit but i import the Report object Toolkit to Nav2009 Sp1 then error is generated . the error is " Could not load file or Assembly “Microsoft.ReportViewer.Common, Version=9.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b03f5f7f11d50a3a” or one of its dependencies".the system could not find the file specified.(C:\Documents and Settings\Sunil Mishra\Desktop\Microsoft Dynamics Nav\ReportCompile3916\Web.config Line 8).

please solve my problem.

Hello Sunil & Welcome to Dynamics User Group,

Which SQL Server version is installed on your machine? It should be 2005 or higher.

If installing SQL 2005 doesn’t solve the issue then read the following also:

i have allready installed sql 2005 version and u provide the link i have installed.

but yeh prblem is as it as.
