Navision Report Layout Error

I am using Navision 5 Classic Client. When i am going on the report layout it gives me following error.

"The application for project ‘C:…\Report90000(0)\Report Layout is not installed’.

Make sure the applicaiton for the project type () is installed.

Please guide me what i have to do. I am in a problem because of this i cannot design the layout of the report.

Are you sure that you use a 5.0 client? You get this error when you select View → Layout from the report designer in the NAV 2009 Classic Client because Visual Studio is not installed.

Thomas it is installed. Microsoft Visual Studio 2005. I can open it also there is no problem in that.
