To all… To those of you Navision customers that have been in the unfortunate situation of having to find another Navision Partner to work with…How did you find another partner? Did you go directly through Microsoft? Did you contact other Navision users in your area…if so, how did you find out who else was using Navision in your area? The reason I’m inquiring is that I get contacted on a regular basis by people asking about how to find another Navision Solution Center / Partner that can help them. It’s a sad situation when it comes to that point, but it happens all too often. Sometimes they are referred by MBS, but really just comes down to relationships and names that people have associated with the product in their regional areas. Im in the same boat. After 6 months of nothing happening, I’ve been delegated the task of finding a new Navision partner… Any and all suggestions would be greatly appreciated, especially in the northern CA area. Thanks
You definitely should go through Microsoft. They usually know what partners do have customers in your area and maybe also in a similar business with experience for your need.
Microsoft does a decent job of finding homes for orphaned companies. However, they usually refer the biggest solution center in the area that has the most revenue. Not necessarily the best one that suits the company’s needs.
