Hello,

Can someone please help me with this problem:

I have installed the navision 2013 on one of my staff laptop and when log in it gives me the following error: The server “net.tcp://nav2013svr:7046/dynamicsnav70service” is either unavailable or your connection has been lost

I have installed it on other laptop and it works

The specification of the laptop is lenovo and windows 10

Can anyone help please

Can you ping the server?

Yes i can ping the server

What else did you try?

logging off the user on the navision on his old laptop

reset the password

uninstall/ reinstall the navision

Check if all the services is running
