When i install NAV 2013 R2 in the server where NAV 2013 is installed, receiving a error

Fatal error during installation.
Is there any way to solve this error?

Ya i have checked. Error as " The crawler could not communicate with the server "
The start address sts4://navtest:5854/contentdbid={424e892b-2a4c-42b1-ac48-ad0d5f6df0e0} cannot be crawled.
Context: Application ‘Serve_search_queries_over_help_content’, Catalog 'Search’
Details:
The crawler could not communicate with the server. Check that the server is available and that the firewall access is configured correctly. (0x80041206)
