Dear Community,
I have a few questions regarding Microsoft NAV 2013.
How can you assign (searchable) interest for a contact. Imagine that a contact is very interested in Asia. Is there a way for me to assign “Asia” as an interest and then be able to search for the word “Asia” and see all contacts who have an interest in Asia?
How can you assign a contact to a segment and then be able to look for that segment. For example, one segment could be people with red shirts. I would like to be able to type red shirt, and then see all the people belonging to the segment of red shirts.
How can I create a report too see how many people we have moved from the beginning of the sales cycle to the end. So someone begins at stage 1 and in the end we win his business. How can I make a report to see how well we have done in 1 month’s time.
Is it possible to receive an automatic email regarding the present opportunities. For example, we have three present opportunities. Can I receive an automatic email with those three opportunities?
Kind regards,
Sam

You will need a new field in contact table and another new table for your searchable interest, you can then assign the searchable interest to this new field and also search later on this new field.

Since segment line already has contact no. field you can get the contact from the segment line and process the way you need.

All the tables contact, opportunities and sales cycle table are all linked and you can join the dots and build the report. Needs some design work.

Depends on where you want to trigger the workflow, Yes, you can build your own workflow depending on the action of the user.
