I get this error when trying to open a dbase - please assist:

You cannot open another database or create a new database because the database was opened on the server with the program property dtabase = .

To choose another database you must start the server again witht he same programe property and specify a different database name.

I tried the above instruction I still get same error.

I managed to fix this but installing the database independently. it worked!
