My company just now start using the NAV5.0, face a question in NAV backup, for backup the NAV database, i just need to backup on NAV or SQL management studio ?? its that a same or i need to backup both ? Please advise, thanks
If you are using SQL Server, then you don’t need to take the Navision backup. A full SQL backup is fine.
when i backup in SQL server, next time when i re-install the NAV in server, i just restore by using SQL server only ? then the all data will be there ?
