NAV 2016 AU. F1 Help failed to load on Explorer Edge and IE in Windows 10

Hi,

Has anyone encountered problem loading F1 help.

We tried on Windows 8.1 computer . Same problem exists.

did you install help server while installing NAV2016?

check if the help components were installed (help server, …) and if it is correct configured.
