Hello,
Please can someone explain why Reminder Terms Codes comprise of upto 5 Levels where each level contains separate text. Then when you go to Reminders and user the Suggest Reminder Lines functions it brings forward transactions that are at Level 1 and 3. Surely it should create separate letters ?.
