is there a way to create a certain workflow and integrate it with NAV 2009 (via sharepoint or others, not add on solution)

Hi Romeo,

Well it depends on what kind of workflow. You have the build in workflow in the CRM module of NAV. But I don’t think there are other workflows options available out of the box, if it cannot be an add-on solution.
