NAV 2009 RTC Change Language doesn't fully translate (80% remains English)


I’m new to the DynamicsUser forum, but there’s al lot of valueable information on these forums!

However, we are currently facing a problem that we can’t seem to fix.
We have a customer, running Dynamics NAV 2009 SP1 in Dutch language (NL). The downloaded installation DVD is downloaded from PartnerSource, with the specific NL language included. (file name: Dynamics.NAV60SP1.NL.1053087.DVD).

For some reason, the RTC client doesn’t change the language completely. If we choose Dutch, the RTC restarts, and the interface is Dutch, but most of the items is still English. We still have “Financial Management” and “General Ledger” and so on… However, the buttons in the lower left corner are Dutch (Departments = Afdelingen) and most of the Interface itself is Dutch.

We have spend a lot of hours trying to find out why everything remains English, because we have multiple customers installed with the same DVD, and they are fully Dutch.

Database server: Windows 2008 R2 x64 English with SQL Server 2008 SP1 x64 ENU
Clients: connected via Citrix Windows 2003 x64 ENU (third party)

The servers are native English, but the regional settings are Dutch, The Netherlands.
By the way: all our customers are running native English servers, so that shouldn’t be the problem.
