NAV 2.6 - Shipment Request Date Error

Sometimes when trying to post an order (invoice), my accounts receivable cannot post if the shipment request date is not in an invoice.

Our problem occurs when we try to post after adding the shipment request date to an invoice that does not have the date, it removes the date again and won’t let us post. We don’t know how the shipment request date is being removed in the first place as most of the users have this column field hidden on the order screen.
