Dear all,

we had our NAS running on the exchange server itself. I have moved the service to run from a file server, however the service is not processing the queue.

I have taken the usual steps, both queue and storage grant access to the NT username that the NAS uses for logging on to the exchange.

in the event log i see msgs such as …"The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. You may be able to use the /AUXSOURCE= flag to retrieve this description; see Help and Support for details. The following information is part of the event: The network is not functioning correctly. A ‘packet’ has been corrupted (a checksum error).

This error indicates that the network is not completely reliable"

anyone got any ideas?

Hey Saf,

Go to the NASHandler function in CU and add a Message(‘NAS Started Sucessfully’) then start NAS Up. If you get the message in the Event Viewer then you know that NAS is connecting properly, next you can check your queues etc…
