Hello. Does anyone know how to create a text box or label with multiple lines (wordwrap) on a report. We tried the ‘MultiLine’ property but that does not seem to work. We are on 4.0 SP3.

It does work.
If you want to go to another line, you need to add the backslash () in the text instead of the CR/LF-chars.
Another problem you might be facing that you did not enlarge the textbox/label to be able to show the additional lines.
Navision cannot enlarge the control itself if there are multiple lines.
