How many active companies - 3 or 1
Are you expecting the system to post transactions automatically to other companies based on proportion?
Any inventory related transactions involved in these 3 companies?

Have you looked at inter company functionality?
if we r maintaining 3 company means, we can consolidate that inventory details…
