MRP is not considering Open Purchase Order and Movement Journal

Hi AXperts,

While running MRP is not considering Open Purchase Order (Without Sales Order) Qty as well as Movement Journal Qty…

EX: Item A 10 Qty I have Purchased through Open Purchase Order (Direct PO). and its updating in Onhand also. now i have created Sales Order For that Item A 5 Qty.then i m running Master Planning . While Running MAster Planning . its creating new Planned PO.but Actualy i m having onhand 10 qty.

Is there any setup for this?

Pls help me…

Hi Abdul,

For considering the On Hand Qty during the Master scheduling, need to enable the parameters include on Hand inv which is available in Master plan and there are few more parameters for considering the On Hand Qty.

already i have checked that onhand invent. since its not considering Open PO as well as stock uploaded through Movement Journal also not considering in MRP
