Missing Item in “Picking list” after starting the production order
Hi Eslam, is there a specific question you have in regards to this? Picking lists are only created upon Start of a Production order based on 1) the order has a BOM or Formula, and 2) the settings under the General tab of the dialog box that opens after clicking start. The Automatic BOM consumption and the Post picking list now toggle control what happens with picking lists at the time of the order Start, i.e. are they Always created, never created, or created depending on the Flushing principle of the BOM/formula line. Some items may be picked immediately, while others may not be picked until later in the mfg process.
Create a separate pick list to consume it if it is missing and discovered when production has started. Then find out why it is missing!
